U.S. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

While we work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately which can be reached via email at info@exzachlyperfect.com. Due to a high number of emails we will do our best to respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

Tracking Updates
If tracking is slow to update or shows limited scans, this is normal during certain carrier transitions or regional transfers. Packages continue moving even when scans are not immediately visible. If a package is undeliverable, carriers may typically hold it for a limited time before returning it depending on their policies, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and retrieve their parcel. We are not liable for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
